Based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, Phimister has a track record of successful corporate transformations in the Energy Transition, creating purpose-driven organizations with a clear culture of delivery through competitive business strategies and collaborative operations. Prior to joining Aramco in April 2025, he held senior leadership positions at Shell where he led major upstream and LNG projects across multiple continents.
