Rob Saltiel

Rob Saltiel serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of MRC Global Inc., the world's largest distributor of pipes, valves, and fittings to the energy industry. He assumed the role in March 2021, bringing extensive leadership experience in oilfield services and distribution. Under his leadership, the century-old company founded in 1921 has strengthened its e-commerce capabilities and global supply network to better serve customers in upstream, midstream, utility, and industrial sectors. In June 2025, he helped negotiate a transformative merger agreement for MRC Global to be acquired by DNOW.
