Paolo Rocca

Paolo Rocca is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tenaris S.A., a global leader in oil country tubular goods and steel pipe manufacturing. At the helm of Tenaris and its parent Techint Group, Rocca has overseen the company's expansion from its Argentine-Italian roots to a worldwide presence in over 30 countries. He has led Tenaris for nearly two decades, driving a strategy of international growth through acquisitions and new mill developments. Under Rocca's leadership Tenaris achieved revenues of $12.5 billion in 2024 and has invested heavily in technology and quality. He is also steering Tenaris toward a sustainable future with commitment to cutting CO₂ emissions intensity by 30% by 2030.
