He began his career with H&P in 1987 as a drilling engineer and has held a variety of positions within the company in operations, management, and leadership. Lindsay earned his bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Tulsa (1984-1986). Before joining the oil and gas industry, he graduated with a degree in computer science but quickly realized that wasn't his calling. He returned to school for petroleum engineering and started at H&P as a roughneck. Lindsay is committed to H&P's values of 'Challenging Spirit, Flexibility, and Sincerity' and emphasizes the importance of innovation, service attitude, and actively caring for employees.
