Prior to Valaris, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Seadrill Ltd. from July 2017 until October 2020, and as an advisor of Seadrill from November 2020 until March 2021. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Seadrill Management from June 2016, and as Chief Commercial Officer from January 2013. Dibowitz has over 20 years of drilling industry experience. Under his leadership, Valaris emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy and has focused on operational excellence, customer service, and shareholder returns.
